Fix it or battle scar? 2 things....

Hello my Guys n Dolls!!

It's been awhile since I've checked in. Haven't had much issues with my baby until the teenager decided to whip out of the garage and smacked the front end.
So should I try to fix it or leave as a battle scar? (I'm trying to upload the pic but it keeps failing.) Try this link ...

Sorry, I've tried to resize it, switch ending and upload from Google Drive and can't get it to load. any help?

I told him to figure out how to fix it but either he is inept or doesn't mind walking. Yep, got those keys taken away so he rides his bike or skateboards.

I think it's easy enough to use rubbing compound to rub out but matching the paint...?? Duplicolor probably.

One last thing, maybe should be another thread, rear seal is leaking oil.
I don't have the tools to pull the engine to fix it and I"m afraid I'll bust bolts because it's rusted. Need to decide to either fix it or save the $$ and look for a newer Runner - 3rd or 4th or possible early 5th. But I love the 3rds.
Opinions - advice are welcome.

Miss all the jabber and knowledge. Y'all are the BEST!

Try re-sizing the picture smaller or uploading it to imgur or other image sharing site (google drive is difficult for photo posting on forums).

For the leak - most often it is a valve cover leak, not a rear main leak. If you see (errr... feel) oil above the bellhousing on the back of the motor, it is valve cover gaskets / plugs / half-moons leaking. Much easier repair than the rear main.

If you use a pc you can resize with ‘paint’ right on the pc. Just right click on the pic and use ‘open with paint’. You can crop and reduce the resolution as needed.

Hopefully this works. Here is the bumper in question.
And oddly, as I was thinking I should just get rid of this and move on, I drove it for the day and fell in love all over again. LOL
