when I bought my 4Runner I have noticed that the weights were hammered to the stock 18" rims. 
now, after changing the tires and doing the proper balancing (with the weights glued in) I have some scuffs on the rims surface. some of them need filling, painting and a clear coat.
my question is - where can I get the proper materials for such a job? (I am planning to do a local fixes without re-coating the whole rim.)
