As for looks, I like it. The only thing I question are the fake structural "X-es" in the side of the front bumper...

What is with everyone in those pictures sticking their one finger up in the air? Is that supposed to be 'we're number one' type of thing or what?

I still like it. I not thrilled about the tailgate though. Even though the rear window opens it does not look that accessable because of the tire and the reach-over height.

As long as they keep the price low as they said then I think it will be an awesome buy with all the 4x4 features.

I still don't like it. I was all hyped up about the FJ Cruiser but I am very disappointed. To me, it looks more like a toy than a truck!

I like the dash. I especially like the partially white gauges. I think the 4Runner currently has boring gauges.

I'm still interested in it...I'll be there at my local dealer to drive it when it comes out. The beautiful thing is that the sales guy I deal with knows me so well that he just throws keys at me when I come on the lot and says "Come back whenever". Can't wait...think they'll mind if I bring it back covered in mud?

Thanks for the pics (of both the FJ and the booth babes).

An interesting thing under the 'Genuine Toyota Accessories' heading on the info placard is "Garmin GPS System'. I didn't know about that. Of course, I didn't see it in any of the pictures.

What is the compartment on top of the dash for??? The GPS?
