FJ cruiser ladder on 4th gen?

I made a few attempts to contact Gobi, but they never returned my calls. I took that as a sign and gave up.

That’s a bummer. Guess I’ll have to make some calls, see if anyone around here locally will fabricate one. Thanks for the response!

A little older post but,

My experience with Gobi racks. I bit the $200+ and bought a ladder I'm not the best welder but a 3 year old with Parkinson's could do better. I called and tried to return and had no response for weeks. I live in CO about an hour from Gobi, so I drove to the office. After sitting in the waiting room getting the wait finger for an hour (I was the only person in this room reading 5 year old magazines ugh) I showed the woman at the desk the ladder. She took it in the back for a couple minutes and came back and deemed it was my fault and impossible that it was theirs because everything is fabbed in house and inspected before shipping. Mind you I opened and looked at it... Not only was I out $200+ for estimated $50 - $70 in bent round tubing from Home Depot but now I was accused of cutting every pedal, re-welding and repainting the "new" welds to match.

Sounds like something you should have made a way bigger stink about. Or done a chargeback.
