FJ TRD Rims on 4th Gen

I couldnt find a thread in here with TRD wheels from an FJ on a 4th Gen. I did some research and read that sometimes the TRD wheels are to close to the calipers and scrub. I havent noticed anything strange yet but was wondering if it maybe wears over time. Is this true? Anybody have any experience with this? I've had them a week and I noticed no issues. Any help is good help! Thanks guys!

I think the issue is with the sport edition's, iirc some have larger rotors.

Just joined the family this past weekend by picking up an 05 SR5 4WD.

I'm looking at these fj cruiser rims for my 4runner also. Did it work out (no rubbing, no need to trim, etc...)?

4gen FJ wheels

I have a 05, SR5 2wd, with FJ Cruiser TRD wheels and the tracking, handling, steering feels unstable, I've had it aligned twice and it still doesnt feel centered, i have new struts and rear shocks, installed and it sometimes pulls left, sometimes right, just feels a bit squirrely
Tires 265/65/17

Any advice or suggestions would be gladly appreciated

2012 FJ wheels with skinny tires

I have the an 08 SE and the 17in wheel from an 2012 FJ works just fine. Haven't noticed any issues. Not completely sure if these I picked up on FB for $250 are TRD but love the wheels and love the price. Pic are on my pedestrian build thread.
