Fog light switch for dummy panel.

Will this one work for an 01? Description says no, but from what I've read I don't see why it shouldn't. I got a good deal on some used Piaa fog lights, I don't like the small switch it comes with so I was wondering if I could rewire them into a switch like this one?

I don't see why it wouldn't work connection wise, cutout hole dimensions fit or close to where you want to put it?

That's what I did for mine (off road lights). Nice OEM look. Make sure you use a relay.
