Ok so I hade T4R for almost a month now. And the fog lights dont work. I check the fuzes and check the bulbs and they were good. Does anyone else have had this issue?

Are you sure that you are turning them on properly? They will only come on with the high beams unless you install a mod to bypass the HL switch. Otherwise there isn't much to go wrong besides the switch on the stalk and the bulbs themselves.

every car i have own in the USA, foglights TURN OFF when i turn my high beams on.

OP check the foglight relay. swap it out with the air conditioner one and see if the a/c stops working and the fogs are working. if ac works then the relay is fine and the problem lies elsewhere

I had it for a while after I had made my fogs independent. I had broken a leg on the relay, so I soldered back on (but don't do this unless its the leg sticking up on the modded relay.) And then I hadn't done part 2 with the hi-beams, so I didnt notice my hi-beams were switched on. I was driving with lo-beams off (Oh, yeah, your headlights DO need to be on), so there was no light output from headlights. I figured this out, then the fogs worked again. Also, do you have a 03-05 limited with DRL's? if your light switch is on auto, that may be a problem.
