Sad I tell ya. Wondering if it's a combination of some aftermarket "stop leak" stuff like marvel mystery oil or something.

Marvel Mystery Oil is not a "stop leak." It's more slippery than regular oil. It's a good thing for high mileage engines. People use it to unstick "locked up" engines by putting it straight into the valves.

Stop Leak is generally a bad thing but I've only seen it used in radiators.

I also think the video is a fake. It would be coming out in globs and clots. Still a fun video.

I just changed 22 year old 140wt gear oil in a rototiller today and it was runny compared to that!

Mine leaks about a quart every two months, so, over a years time all the oil is changed.

We have a local guys who leases PU's (Ford F150's) and he does absolutely zero maintenance. He says he is not putting any money into them because he it will last until he gives it back. Only warranty work if needed and turns them back in every 3 years.
