I had a very annoying rattle in my 99 coming from the cargo area since the weather has turned cold. It turned out to be the latches for the back seat. For the time being I wrapped the metal latch part on the side of the cabin (looks like a horse shoe) with a 6 inch piece of black tape on the forward leg of the latch. No more rattle. I may have to come up with something else depending on how long the black tape lasts.
