Not sure what you mean by "genuine", but they are foxwing awnings, yes. They are not from rhino/oztent, but they attach to your vehicle and fold out to form a foxwing awning. They come with either a squared first section or triangle, in 2 meter and 2.5 meter sizes. Each type of awning has an annex that can be added to it. The pictures provided in the OP are the actual awnings and annex.
Regarding the shipping, that is calculated on an individual basis. Shipping for the awning can range from $50-$200 depending on size and destination. The 2.5 meter awnings are the more expensive ones to ship as they are considered "oversized" and charged accordingly. If you're near the L.A. area, you can will call them from my location.

The standard awning has the triangle section (near the doors of the vehicle) and the squared is just that, square. You can notice the difference between the two in the 1st and last pictures in the OP.

Does anyone know if this is compatible with any zip in wind panels if you were not wanting to do a full annex?
Also, can anyone suggest why you might want to get a driver side vs passenger side orientation - any previous experience pros and cons?
Leaning hard towards getting a Foxwing vs just a single sided awning like the arbs.

No compatibility with zip up panels that I'm aware of.
The annex does have doors on each panel that can be rolled up if you don't want to feel closed in. Mounting position is just preference, really. Some people make that decision based on other things they may have on their rack.
If you do want in let me know asap as I start collecting payment on Monday so we can place the order sooner rather than later.

I am wondering if the annex is compatible with the newer model Batwing Awning? Also, can you put individual walls up of the annex or is it all or nothing? I know you can open the "doors" so it is more open but wondering if you can put up half of the annex? TIA:hello:

Hey Patrick, which "newer" batwing awning are you referring to? If its an awning from this group buy, then yes I can get a compatible one.
With regards to the annex walls, they are individual pieces that zip together so I believe you could just not put a section on and have that section of the awning be open.
