Fredericksburg, VA trans wiring work?

I have had a huge ordeal over the last year with my 2004 4Runner trans. Can anyone recommend a shop for transmission diagnostic work around Fredericksburg, VA? Anywhere between there and Richmond would work.

I’ve used Superior Transmission in Fredericksburg but two rebuilds later and the same issues persist.
