friday accident at 3:40PM

well my car was involved in an accident, i was making a right turn at the stop sign, and then i got hit, i check if it was clear to turn, and it happen when i turned, heres the damage pics, the only damage on my car was paint on the rim from his bumper and paint on my bumper from his fender i guess.my 96 base 4runner 4x2 vs 89 nissan maxima

I guess I took this a little personal cause I have a 4runner and a Maxima that looks exactly like that. From reading what you said in Yotatech it seems like it was your fault. It doesn't matter who hit who when you have stop sign and he doesn't. Any impact between vehicles would be your fault for either not stopping or checking to see if the intersection was clear before proceeding. And as far as the differences in damage between the vehicles, that is a given. You put sheetmetal like the fender on the Max against a metal rim and tire and of course the Max is gonna look worse. Sorry sounds so mean but it is the truth.
