Alright. I've got 3 arts made up. I'll finish the mounting holes and paint them Monday after work. Once they are on the truck I'll post pictures. Don't know about price, buy they didn't take terribly long to make so we'll see. It'll depend on how many are wanted.

Legocken, obviously there has been a lot of hype over these since I started this thread a couple months ago so I thought I'd make this easy and make list of who said they wanted a pair (From 1st requests to most recent) so here it is:

After work today I'll get them ready. I did find this. One of the cheaper places to get shackles.

Here is the initial set. I have 4 sets at the moment. They fit great. All that is left is for me to bead blast them and paint them.

My first thought was to get the shackles and sell everything as a full set : 2 brackets, 2 3/4" shackles. That way all you have to do is unbolt the factory pieces and bolt on the new set.
Or for those that just want the brackets, I can do that. Sorry for the muddy underside of the 4Runner, but I guess that just makes it a little cooler...

The brackets are made from a single piece of 1" x 6" cold rolled steel bar. They are plasma cut out in the jig and then milled flat on the mounting and bolting surfaces. Then deburred and blasted. The shackle pin hole is made for a 3/4" shackle (they have a 7/8" pin).

I haven't painted them yet, but will this week. Being one solid piece, the bolts should give or the frame should bend before anything happens to the brackets.

Any feedback is appreciated. I'll have a full jig setup after this to be able to make the rest faster.

Let me know who is interested. I'll have a painted and shackled picture when the 3/4" shackles get delivered.

My thought is ~$85+shipping with shackles. Less for just the brackets.

I'm in for a set just brackets no paint or painted doesn't matter but I will be repainting them a custom color. This will be a great addition to any runner I to can pay-pal you the money.
