Front lower control arm frozen sleeve

It's the sleeve the goes between the forward front control arm adjustment bolt and the inner metal sleeve of the control arm bushing. Adjustment bolt is out but the sleeve is totally bonded to the bushing and it appears I'll have to cut the adjusters sleeve to remove the control arm.


That said I can't find that sleeve on any toyota parts diagram or a part number for it. The Factory Service Manual does not mention it.

My question. Does anyone know where I can purchase just the sleeve? Toyota sells the adjustment bolt (part number 48190-60020) for under 20 dollars but it does not appear to come with the outer sleeve. And like I said, I can't find a listing or part number for that sleeve which goes around that adjustment bolt and through the control arm bushing.

Thank you it seems it's part #48409 60020. I'm still not positive. $19 on Amazon. Two of them (1 for each side) qualifies for free shipping and free return if necessary.
I'll take the other side apart first and see if I can get that part out in one piece. The front adjust cam popped off the sleeve on the driver's side, the first side I'm working on. It's pressed to the sleeve's forward edge and it came off with hammering and other abuse trying to the sleeves forward edge.

Man the 4runner is good at making frozen adjusters.
I have a one owner Vegas 4runner from 2005 and it was still frozen.
I feel like we all end up just replacing the whole LCA.
