This is true, but I would recommend purchasing new shocks even though the ones you got only have 30k miles. Chances are they may look fine but will probably be blown just due to age. I put Monroe's for 25 bucks each from Advance Auto Parts. For a budget shock they are just fine, although I would love to upgrade to some adjustable resevoir shocks in the future. What I really want to do is add a set of air helper springs for when/if I need to tow something. The LC springs are super soft and comfy on the highway, but I can imagine with a 500lb tongue load (such as a 6x12 enclosed with 3 motorcycles) they will be too soft and give a squirrely ride on the highway when pulling.
