anyone make a tube style front bumper?

if not, what is the least cumbersome front bumper for an 03 4Runner?

Ive asked this question before and the only answer I got a definitive yes on was Demello off road. Although they don't advertise a tube bumper, they have done them for 4th gens in the past.

Not a fan of the Rocktek or the price. Troy, your custom tube bumper is clean and simple, love it. Wish you were closer so I could have you make me one for my GX.

Add in some powder coating, some shipping and well you back in the same range as the others. So....

The photo was awesome. I could see your bumper in great detail.

I could also see in great detail:
18-20 large rocks
15 power lines, 12 of which cross 6 times in the course of the photo
2 covered picnic structures
1 Silver 2500 Dodge Ram Quad Cab
1 Silver Tacoma with white fenders and grill and a hole in the hood
Your Girlfriend in her Sunglasses
And a 15mph sign that you apparently couldn't see when the photo was taken.

You got a better deal for powder coating than me. Around here I was quoted $250-300 for powder coating (assuming minimal prep) for standard black. Custom colors were $50-75 more. I was going to powder cost my ARB to color match my 4Runner, but opted to get it black to save the $.

At the end of the day Addicted Off-Road is the cheapest shop built bumper available. The one catch with that one is there is no option to change anything, i.e. hoops, light cutouts, etc. It comes with one option, turn signals - yes or no. So as long as you like it, he makes an awesome product. Once his current GB is finished his lead times should go back down again.

LOL fair enough man. I was going of powder coat prices on mfgs websites.
Just trying to give the OP some options. I still don't see $1500 being the norm.

CBI $800 (with all 3 hoops $999) (no cost listed with PC option)
Demello $950 (w/ all 3 hoops $1125) ($150 PC option)
Relentless $859 (w/ 3 hoop option $1009) ($120 PC option)
Rocktek $1595 no options, comes powdercoated
ARB $1395 (no free shipping available at this time?)
Tactical Armor $500 with a myriad of options. I got a 3 hoop up to $750ish.


Thats every vendor on the armor thread. (who's website works)



Am I missing something?
