I do have a lock set from the 01. Includes Ignition, doors (need to find one but I know I have it), glove box, and hatch lock with two keys (one has a broken key ring plastic but works fine)

Do you have the front axle disconnect and harness for the 01-02 4Runner?

Not sure what you mean for the "front axle disconnect". Have any clarification or pictures of what you need?
The harness is 100% uncut and complete from the wires going through the firewall to the engine trans and front diff.
