I should have one from a 96-98, but not 99-02. Pretty sure the radio surround for the 01 left with the center console.

Fuel door left with the shell many moons ago. All I have left is what is listed.

I dunno if I took these off or not. I remember the rear axle still being "attached" when it left so I image at least the uppers were still installed. I'll check as I pack the garage up this week

Do you have those 2 brackets that go inside the rear of the frame that have 2 nuts tac welded on each of them. They're for bolting the trailer hitch on?

Nope, alot of this got scrapped in my move.

The booster sold a few weeks ago

Never had the hitch plates.
