I have a 1984 4Runner I'm looking to sell. I keep going back and forth on whether I want to keep it and fix it up before I sell it or not. Right now I have too many other projects going on to worry about messing with it so if I have a buyer I'd let it go cheap now just to avoid messing with it. If I fix it up before I sell it, the price is going to go up a bit. I bought it and built it up and it hasn't been wheeled on the new parts. So they're all basically new other than having been installed and sitting in the shop for a while (unless otherwise noted)
Trail Gear lift kits front and rear
3" Leaf springs
5150 shocks all around
GotPropane conversion
Marlin High Steer conversion
Sky Mfg transfer case brake
Marlin 4.7 trans case gears (not new)
5.29 gears and lockers in both axles (not new)
38" TSL SX's with Stauns beadlocks (not new)
The thing isn't perfect, nor is it a beauty queen, and does need a bit of work but the basis for a badass rig is there. I'll take care of most of the stuff before I sell it (mounting rear shocks, finish welding in front spring hanger, get tire patched, etc) but buyer will need to take care of the brake work. I'm not sure what's wrong with them. They just feel spongy. Pretty sure installing a manual proportioning valve (which I have!) will solve the issue but I don't have the time nor motivation to do it at the moment.
I do have a clean title in hand. Looking to get $3500 and that is an absolutely firm price. With all the new parts I have over double that in it!
