- Location of item

Anyone else contacted this guy? I am local to him and wanted to look at it. I text as the ad states and within 5 minutes of him answering me the post was deleted. I asked why and he said he was tired of being called/text regarding the ad. He said it was still available but he would have his buddy show it.
Seems odd to me that you post a for sale ad but delete it because people are calling....
