Alright so I have a 1990 4x4 that I picked up from a guy in LA that made it not even 5 miles around town before the radiator hose fell off and blew a head gasket. long story short I got a bad taste in my mouth with the project immediately and went out and got a 2014 Tacoma and now I need to unload this.
The engine has 220k miles and as a mechanic budy told me has burnt up before and has some misrouted vacuum lines, so according to him I may have gotten a little screwed here. The thing is also no-op'd
BUT the interior, body and paint look like the thing is barely 2 years old instead of on its way to 30. And it has all 5 brand new tires.
I'd love to get rid of the whole thing for $1400 and recuperate half my investment but since I have a small market looking for someone who has a motor sitting around to drop in it, I'd be willing to sell the wheels and tires myself and part out the entire thing if I can get enouh people to take the majority of the good stuff so I can't have a junkyard haul and pickup the shell and have this sad thing out of my driveway once and for all!
