Early style Wet Okole covers that I literally had on for a day or two before I realized they weren't protecting the leather seats as they were sliding on the seats rather than protecting them from sliding. These will be GREAT on fabric or old ratty seats (probably common on 20yr old vehicles!) but didn't fit my requirements when I bought them.

They're in Atlanta now but will be in Randolph, New Jersey in 2-3 weeks.

Great deal. FWIW I'm pretty confident they would fit 1st gen 4Runners too. The seating format is the same and people often trade 1st for 2nd gen seats in their 4Runners. I have 2007 Tacoma Wet Okoles (without seat airbags) on my 1st gen 4Runner and they fit great.

Did you find seat covers that did protect the leather? I'm interested in the same thing so please let me know what you find as I was about to order these same seat covers until I came across this post.
