This bumper is located in Fayetteville, AR.

I have a new Shrockworks bumper for sale. It has a 400.00 paint job. It has Piaa driving lights from Shrockworks. There is a light scuff on top that will probably buff out. This bumper has less than 500 miles on it.

I have a total of over 1800.00 in this bumper. I am going to build a new front to match the custom rear bumper.

Price is 1000.00 plus shipping. If you use paypal there is a 3% fee.

My vehicle has a 1.5" bodylift. Someone will have to buy new mounting brackets from Shrockworks if they don't have a bodylift from
1-2".

I don't mean to thread jack, but this is not true. The brackets are specifically designed for at least a 1" (maximum of 2") body lift, so they will NOT work on a non-body lifted vehicle. I'm sure a potential buyer would have no problem calling Shrockworks and ordering some non-body lift brackets, but that is an additional cost that would need to be considered.

End caps on frame have to come off (angle grinder works fine) and then frame brackets are installed using a number of mounting holes including the tow hook location. Bumper then mounts to frame brackets.

Nice looking bumper!
 
I Like the Bumper, but have some concerns

First:
I really like your bumper and it would fit perfect on my silver 2000 limited.

From what I have read, this bumper comes with a frame rail end cap. Shockworks recommends that this be welded on for best winching capabilities. Will this end cap come with your bumper?

Also, the paint is very nice, but Im concerned with how it will hold up on the recovery brackets. Did your painter / body shop give you any opinions on their paint vs. powder coating?

Lastly, what does the bumper weigh? I am in N. Minnesota, so shipping is a real cost that would need to be factored in.

Justin, for how much do you sell the requisite frame mounting brackets (which I would need in the event I were to purchase this particular bumper because I do not have any body lift on my own 4Runner)? And with respect to those frame mounting brackets, do those simply bolt on, or would it be preferable to weld them to the frame? Thanks!

Sorry, I will have to get back to you on the end caps. All I did was order it and then took it to someone to put it on. I don't know the specifics. I will talk to the guy that is building my new bumpers. He is the same guy that installed this one.
As for painting the bumper....that was totally my call. My plan was to cover the bumper in 3M paint protection film. Then spray body color or black bedliner material on the recovery hooks and other points of contact that film might be difficult to install. I was never going to powder coat because I was trying to get exact color match with the body. I paid for a high dollar bumper paint job but I don't think it would hold up to much of any tough contact. That was the reason for the film. I did not do either paint protection film or liner material.
I have decided to have Backwoods Bumpers build me another custom rear bumper and a matching front bumper. I will be spraying body color bedliner.
I will have to look into the weight. I am 2300 miles from the bumper. The bumper is in Arkansas and I get a commercial shipping rate thru Backwoods Bumpers. I know to ship the rear bumper I sold to Florida it was 196.00. They are probably close to same weight. I will get you info Monday.

As for the end caps and any other items that are not included or considered acceptable once the bumper is removed...I will completely make it right in pricing out the bumper. I want whoever buys this bumper to be 100% satisfied.

thanks, I am very interested in the bumper and would be willing to drive a road trip to Arkansas for the right deal...

is the bumper currently at Backwoods Bumpers, and if so, then do you know whether they would help with the installation?

It is currently at Macon Motorsports getting a custom radiator installed. The radiator has not even been ordered yet. It will be going to Backwoods as soon as Macon is done. These two shops are in the Fayetteville Arkansas area.

Yes Backwoods would definitely help. Assuming timing is right for them. Evan of Backwoods Bumpers is really a great guy to work with. They are a small shop and very easy to work with.

But I can have the bumper removed pretty much anytime and have it delivered to Backwoods....now that I think about it..

Hah, I don't know what you mean the right deal??
$900.00 plus shipping and new end caps or brackets if required is the deal. I'm not going lower than that. The only reason I am this low is because I am 2300 miles away. I just need it gone and out of other people's way.

I don't have the new end caps and brackets.....so no pictures. I will purchase those and send them to the new owner if needed.
