You will need this inner fender tube if you want to install a snorkel. Some 4Runners came with these, some didn't. I believe that this one came from a 1998 4Runner. There are different versions of this tube, so make sure this is what you need before you purchase. The part number is clearly visible in the photo.
The price of the tube is $17 plus $9 shipping for a total of $28. This does not include the small "elbow" attachment. If you want that add $5.
