Just some information for anyone who would potentially read this and ever consider shipping/trying to get a large BUMPER.

UPS and Fedex will RAPE you. I use to sell interior items frequently. Look at Greyhound stations, it's called package express through their name I believe. I had a particular box that a bumper like this would roughly fit inside, UPS quoted $225 and Greyhound did it for under $100.

I'm not a rep or have no affiliation, but freight charges have really screwed some deals for me in the past. Hope this could help someone out, since in my experience, NOBODY ever tried Greyhound. Just don't forget you need a phone number for your buyer, and the item will be waiting at your local Greyhound bus station. Usually worth the 15 minute drive to save some money.

Shipping on Amtrak is also an option, they have less stations, but on really big/heavy items it is the cheapest way. I know people who have moved across the country using amtrak to ship most of their belongings.

Thanks man. Something is different with my front end. I don't have the brackets on my front end to utilize the 10 mounting points. My rig doesn't have anything in common with any of the Toyota front end schematics. Will have to make brackets.
