only took about 6 months to getting around to do this!

Finally took a day to install the 1.5" body lift kit this past weekend! The directions were pretty good and for the most part everything went fine until we ran into the driver side, front bumper body mount where the bolt had completely rusted solid into the frame. We tried a blowtorch, BFH, and an array of power tools. Finally had to settle on cutting the lower bolt with a sawsall and temporarily mounted the spacer with a smaller bolt beneath the body mount. Between the weight of the body and the other 9 bolts being tightened down, I'm expecting no issues until I can find another day to finally the cut the whole bolt out and replace the body mount. A lot of hard extra work but what do you expect with a 14 yr old rusty truck in NY!

Can't blame Patrick for any of this and he was very helpful when I had a question. Very happy with how the truck sits now and the fact that my tires aren't rubbing anymore!

didn't get to redrill the bumper mounts yet either but I kind of like the look of the gap. Almost looks like my truck got stuck trying to transform! lol My buddy recommeneded that I install an LED fog light bar in the gap across the whole front end. I'm tempted!
