These are somewhat hard to find so don't wait if you need one. This listing does not include the 11 plastic clips/discs that secure the heat shield to the hood. These snap off and break when I use my nylon trim removal tool.
As you can see the heat shield has a few slight bends and creases and some small tears as a result of the damage to the Sport hood. The tears do not go all the way through. Once it is mounted against the inside of the hood with the 11 clips I don't think that you will be able to tell. All 11 installation holes are intact. Because this one is not in A+ condition I am discounting it $10.
The price is $79 plus whatever Greyhound shipping costs you. I package the heat shield securely in a corrugated flat box. As far as Greyhound shipping cost (GPX) the first one I sold was $68 to Alabama. The second one I sold was $71 to Michigan. The third one I sold to the SF Bay area was $72 for shipping. If the Greyhound estimate is high they will refund you the difference.
Please send as a gift or add 3% so that I still receive $79. As you probably know these cost $285 new from Toyota. I called Toyota of Dallas to confirm this. The part number for the heat shield is 53341-35032 if you want to buy a new one. There are 11 clips that secure the heat shield to the underside of the hood. The part number for these is 90467-09006. They are sold individually for about $1 each.

Here are two photos of the 4Runner the heat shield came off of.
So this is how I ship them. I place the insulator on corrugated cardboard from a large box. The cardboard is 58" x 38". The insulator is very stiff, so this helps with the integrity of the packaging. The molded/raised parts add about 3" to the height of the package.
I use the awesome brown box tape from U-Haul to reinforce the cardboard and tape around the edges. The edge of the package is about a 1/4" thick and the center is about 3".
I made the rounds on the internet and in person and the only reasonable way to this these is on Greyhound. The estimate for this first one was $68. We used 12 pounds for the estimate, but it weighed 6.7 pounds at the Bryan Greyhound station. The actual weight is somewhere in the middle. My local Greyhound has a scale that always reads less than actual. It gave a weight of 37 pounds for a complete Sport hood, which I think should probably weigh between 50lbs and 55lbs.
If someone wanted me to cut the insulator (after you pay for it) down the center (think from the center of the windshield to the center of the grille) I could stack the two halves and ship these in a package half the size. This would also allow me to ship it USPS for probably under $20. USPS will not ship it as you see it here. They measure the 38" dimension twice plus the length and this goes over their 108" limit.
A cut insulator would still intall the same way with the 11 clips. This is just an idea - I don't know if it would affect the performance of the insulator or not.
