All pieces have the mounting brackets attached

The reason I am selling these parts is because I have ordered an aftermarket off-road hybrid bumper with integrated tow hitch and tire carrier to accommodate a larger spare tire.

*My research shows these parts should fit 1996-98 4Runner models, however this is not guaranteed and is the responsibility of the buyer to confirm. Parts are sold as is and all sales are final

I have a 2002.. I'm pretty sure those are universal between 3rd gens

Yes, I'm holding on to it until the hybrid gets delivered at the end of March. I'm planning to see if I can integrate it somehow. Probably won't work or will not need it so I will put it up for sale later. Hit me up if you don't find one by then.
