I have a set (4) of sport edition wheels that I took off my 4th gen. The wheels are currently plasti-dipped black (can be easily removed). Tired are 3-Yokohama Geolanders (4/32) and 1-Dunlop Grandtrek at20 (5/32). Here's what you would get.

Tpms monitors for all wheels
4-center caps
Full lug nut set
