I will not picture it because it has the code on the front of it. I/you can call them to verify the authenticity of the coupon prior to payment. I will tell them to put the coupon in your name so I would be unable to use it.

40% discount can be used on MetalTech or OPOR items. I do believe it has to be used by April, but I will verify that with them.

You and my wife have very different definitions for beneficial... Even at 40% off I'm looking at spending ~4-5 grand (presuming this does cover everything on their website, and is for a full order).

I was able to speak to MT for a quick second; he was on the phone with another customer and was not able to get back to me when we hung up.

He said as long as it is a kit he will honor it. He will not honor individual parts like a single Icon item. It the Icon item is part of the kit, no problem.

I talked with them a little bit today.

They will honor something like their own LT kit (FJ Cruiser Rear Long Travel Suspension Kit - Stage 4 - Metal Tech 4x4) that has other parts, but is mostly theirs They won't use it on something like the TC LT kit, or an Icon stage kit.

I can't use their rear LT kit given their springs and the weight I've got (also, I already have their rear lower links), so I'm going to bow out as this isn't any good for me-any piece I can buy only costs a couple hundred.

Anyways, GLWS OP. Metaltech is a great company, just not anything I need

For what it's worth, I did see a picture of the coupon. It's not my place to post it here, but it does have an issue date of April 01, 2016 and no visible expiration date. Presuming a one year expiration (as stated by OP) it should still be valid.

The coupon has an issue date, not an expiration date. It's dated April 1, 2016. MT coupons are typically good for one year. Call up MT for yourself to verify the authenticity of the coupon. I understand people are worried about scams, but I've been very open and responsive to most of the replies. I also don't have only 1 or 2 posts, although I am still relatively new to T4R. Feel free to ask about me in FJNortheasters as I was pretty active in there.

Anyway here is a pic of the coupon. The code is blacked out. Its in a protective sleeve so the coupon wouldn't be damaged or get lost (I'm in the process of moving).
