4 tab short bar, as far as I can tell these are no longer made, the long bar is, but not the short which IMO looks much better.
Bar is in great condition, slight scuffs to powder coasting, no rust, dents or large scratches to the main bar, mounting pieces may have some powdercoat with cracking, not visible. Lights NOT included.
Buyer pays shipping and PayPal fees. I would guess shipping to be ~$50-75 depending on location.
