I recently fabbed up my own roof rack on my 4Runner, no longer have use for the roof rack. It comes complete with every single piece to mount to your truck, including hardware. It will definitely fit any 4th Gen 4Runner without issue. The roof rails each do have two 1/2" holes from my first roof rack design. I could weld them shut for the right price.
