No, it definitely will not work with a JBL system. If you have JBL, simply run wiring from the unit to the speaker locations after installing better aftermarket speakers.
What are the details on this? What vehicles are they originally in? Single disc? Multiple disc? Any screen shots (other than what you have pictured)?

When I purchased my 2004 SR5 this was the only upgrade the original owner had opted for. It's a single disc unit. The screen drops down and out of the way to reveal the CD slot.
