Quick question...has anyone heard back from Alex in awhile? In an earlier comment, he said he was getting back to people on eta and I've sent him a couple of emails (a week apart) with no response.
I know he is pretty busy and slow on answering emails so I usually just wait but its been a few weeks now with getting no replies.

He's lost a customer out of me. I have tried reaching out to him 3 times in the past month and a half, just to find out the dimensions of the 3/4 rack and have gotten no response.
I understand he is busy and running the shops by himself and/or training people but its just not someone I can do business with.
Its a shame because I would really love one of his racks but I can't give money to someone who cant respond to his customers.

Lost of folks are using swifters? swiffers? (brush on a handle). Maybe some spray wax could work too.
After reading all of the reviews, I ordered mine in early July 2015. I received mine but have not yet removed it from the box. I am working on taxes and installing kitchen cabinets so the rack install must wait. Personally, I like to under promise and over deliver. I have never heard people complain about the quality, only the wait for a drabbit's rack.
People on this forum were also complaining about the wait time for ShrockWorks bumpers. I appreciate quality and am willing to wait. I am glad I ordered from both of these companies.
Expect a wait for the product and communication. Expect a quality product. I hope all are as satisfied as I am.

Ive had my full size rack for a little over a year now. It has gone through its first winter and surprisingly it didn't start to rust in too many places... I just recently saw a gobi rack that had more rust on it than it did paint so as far as build quality I'm pretty impressed. Apart from a couple welds that weren't finished and started rusting its still a beauty!
After seeing this particular rack stand up to the elements the extended waiting period all of the sudden doesn't seem so bad.
I do recommend getting the gobi ladder however, it made loading and unloading tons easier not to mention improving the looks :thumb3:

I just emailed [email protected] to request a quote and realistic wait time. I'll update this thread when I get a response. I'm not sure how long I'm comfortable waiting.
