Ordered 6/15, delivered 4/16, granted it was supposed to be 3 - 4 months and I got the wrong rack and no contact to correct. Ordered full mesh, no sunroof. I have a sunroof cut-out.

I ordered 09/15/2016.

I have an IPhone and so does he so I can see when the messages are "read", so its a little frustrating seeing that he has read it but he wont respond.

I was in no rush for a rack but I do take someone's word seriously when they quote a promise time that it will be done. Mine already got extended and I let him know I will be disputing the charge 1 week out from promise delivery date. I have 90 days before my CU cant help me anymore. I wanted to support a local business that's why I went with Alex.
