I must have been a lucky one. Got my rack in about 6-8 months. I've had it on the rig now for almost two years. Really like it. Only issue that I've had is that some of the bolts have rusted up almost immediately.

Looks great! congrats. What length light bar is that? looks to fit good.

FWIW, if you or anyone that has or may eventually get the rack is interested in putting a lightbar up there. I just mounted a 40" Rigid Radiance and while it's very tight it fits well with very little effort. See last pages of my build thread in my sig. I may need to trim wind fairing a bit but otherwise it took about 15 minutes to mount it using existing fairing holes and bolts. I drilled one hole in the rigid bracket, otherwise plug and play.

Rack mounted by Alex Saturday

I ordered my rack from Alex last April and it was ready this past week, after much communication back and forth. Met Alex at his shop Saturday and he was kind enough to mount it right there.
It is an excellent product and very well built.
He did get a new powdercoater due to QC issues.
I sincerely hope all of you waiting will receive yours soon. As my wife said when watching him install her rack, he is a perfectionist, and it just takes him a while to complete each rack.

My credit card refunded my money for the rack and also said they were going to investigate the issue from their end with him (not sure what this actually means) I also tried to email him one more time and got the same kickback that Coler2002 got. Good luck everyone!

I have been waiting for my refund since I no longer have expectations that my rack will be built. With all of these comments, production stopping then no flow of orders means no revenue or cash funds for Alex. As a result, production probably is not moving at any better pace. Those on the list that haven't gotten their racks are going to be delay even more now. These are the side affects. It sucks.
