Fs: 99 Talls, 3rd gen- Central Virginia

I have a pair of 99 talls wrapped around some shocks that are likely nearly shot. The coils themselves aren’t in great condition but I’ve seen worse. There is some surface rust on there, mostly the spot up top, that could take a wire brush and then reapply some fresh paint. I’ve included pictures of it so you can see what I’m talking about.

Is asking 75$ crazy? Open to feedback on that. No idea what these things go for... I know people want them for modest lifts..?

I’ll try to get them cleaned up a bit in the meantime and try to get them off the shocks once I have a weekend.

Yeah, I want some of these really bad, but that rust doesn't do a whole lot for me. I am from KS, but in LA now, so I know about rust but also see so much out here in CA that, again, I'm a little concerned. Depending upon what I might be able to ship them here for, I think $25 bucks is a more reasonable charge. Let me know if you might be amenable to that and if you're interested in exploring shipping them out here to me.
