ARB 3420210 Winch Compatible Bullbar Bumper, Light Kit, IPF Driving Lights

ARB Bull Bar:
The bumper is in excellent shape, no dents nor any rust. There are some slight scratches. I have cleaned up the bumper and the pictures are a reflection of that. I am noting one area where the top of a highlift scratched the bumper, it has been cover and repaired. (see photos). The Driving Lights do work as seen in the video below. I have a new pair of turn signals and driving lights direct from ARB.
The Bumper will include all the mounting hardware to fit 2007-2014 FJ Cruisers. Note: it does include factory rock panel as I used aftermarket skids. If you would like that kit it is the only part that differs per year model 2007-2009 and 2010-2014. It will run you $100 for the plate, though it is not needed. Also included is the Lighting Kit, IPF Lights, as well as new Turn Signals / Driving Lights. I will include the wiring for the turn signals and driving lights. You will need a harness and switch for the IPF Lights. I love the bumoer but am buying a new 4Runner.
Smitty Built XRC-8:
The Smitty Built winch is an 8000 pound winch. It has recently been refurbished with a new end plate and lever as the old one was showing signs of corrosion. It also includes a new remote solenoid cover, new decals and stickers. I am working with Smitty to also include a new Brake Assembly. I will repack the grease on the unit as well as clean it up and protect the electrical connections. The winch functions perfectly (see video for a test run.) I will include an unused 100ft factory cable, no fairlead is included. See upgrades below.
Shipping:
I cannot ship the bumper due to the weight of it. You can pick up the bumper in Blue Ridge GA.
Terms:
The Bumper and Winch combo is $750. I will need your factory bumper and cover as well as associated hardware. I can help install the bumper, you must help though and prepare for it to take about three hours of labor. I am firm on the price.

Upgrades:
Viking Synthetic Winch Line 80', Aluminum Hawse Fairlead, Aluminum Thimble $150. We will install with the bumper. About 350-400 in parts.

Here you can see where the Highlift Nicked the Top of the bumper on the right top towards the front. It has been covered and protected.
Note Turn Signals have not been replaced in this photo.
There is a little dust on the BullBar from moving the bumper.
