My bumper was just delivered yesterday and due to a change of circumstances I think it would be better to sell it than install it. It is powder coated black, has the full tubing on it, the piaa 520s, and a set of shackles. It is sitting in my garage and hasn't even been removed from the crate/unwrapped ( I only opened the box to read the directions). If you might be interested pm me.
