Are you still making these? I'd still like to see some close ups of the welds and joints on the rack. This looks a lot like the Whitson Metal Works rack which is the one I really want but he is in FL. You are here in CA.

Anyone here with one and can you speak to how it's holding up and the quality of the rack?

I just saw this and was in Burbank in December. I was almost about to buy a roof rack from 4wheelparts store.

OP, What is the price for this rack without the mesh and painted? Does this comes with front (4) and rear(2) off road light mounts? Price for everything?

My rack is holding up great. Had a RTT and a kayak up there, and looking to strap some thule bars across it soon and I'm not worried.

About the only comment to make is that my front supports aren't the best- occasionally come loose, but very easy to reset. My front supports were an experiment I didn't mind though, so I'm not sure if they're the same as the ones currently used.

can or can it be made to have the mesh over sunroof removable for when not needing it, and a cross bar behind sunroof to keep things from sliding forward if a person only wants to load the back section

I make a sunroof insert that can be bolted on when you need the extra luggage space and removed when you don't.

There's a pic a few posts above that shows the removable sunroof insert.

The crossbar that comes with the roof racks is also removable, you can adjust it to your needs.

Last weeks heat wave set me back a bit, we were experiencing triple digit temperatures outside and higher temps in the shop. For the duration, I changed my work hours to graveyard hours which was a difficult adjustment and made it challenging to respond to all inquires.
Aside from the heat, I'm also moving into a larger shop.

I will be spending the weekend responding to everyone, while building and preparing roof racks for shipping.
