I've never had OEM running boards, but I believe that they might sit a tad higher than the OEM ones.

I believe that they do, but since I've never had OEM one's I can't really confirm.

They do. I have the same ones and love them. I'd recommend using some Loctite thread locker when installing them. It's fairly easy and was able to do it myself.

Thanks for info! Unfortunately most of my inner mounting nuts are broken off the weld or stripped.
