Bought this used OEM part a while ago from eBay. Sold the 4Runner before I got a chance to install it.

It was pulled from a 2000 4Runer with about 110k (according to the eBay seller). Should fit 1999-2002 4Runners with factory power door locks.

$35 shipped.
