Brand new an opened for pictures only. Mounts to factory points, no drilling. Holds up to 4 lights or a light bar on tabs. Really nice piece, decided on a winch so I am selling this. Asking 200.00, not worth shipping unless you want to pay to much. Lol, the hardware to install was opened for a picture but not even unwrapped.

Not going to use, I travel from New Jersey to Pittsburgh once a month, I can meet up along the Pa. turnpike also.
