For anyone interested I also have the following off of a 1999 Highlander/Sport Edition:

- Heat shield for Sport hood
- Elbow and the tube that connects to it under the passenger fender
- Battery tie down

One of the hub dust covers has been sold. People ask me for a battery tie down all the time... I finally find one and crickets...
