for those of you with a 1st gen 22re 4runner i highly reccomend you pay someone else to chang it for you,its a huge pain in the ass involving taking off your starter and tight spaces, but if you ever want to attempt it its located under your fuel rail next to the oil filter

On my 95 truck that's where it is too...

I remember the first time I went to change it, I couldn't even see a fuel filter anywhere on the truck. I went to the store and bought a new one and used it to help me see what it looked like. After another search I found it, and quickly realized that there was no way in hell I was going to be able to change it, so I took it back and got refunded my cash for it.

Some time later after I did the 3" body lift I got to looking again and it was right there exposed. I bought a new one and it was a fairly easy change. I've done it twice now. :


But I'm hearing you... There is no way to do it easily on a stock vehicle. I can't believe they put it there.

yea im running semi stock, put it all back together today and will definately pay someone to do it next time thats for sure:bash:
