Fuel Injector Question (slight leaking)

Hello... I'm brand new to this board and also to owning a 4Runner. I recently bought a 1990 4Runner (6cyl), in immaculate condition. I knew the previous owner, who purchased it brand new and always maintained it well. The vehicle was sitting for about a year, periodically started and moved around. The first thing I did when I got it was flush the coolant, replace the hoses & belts, oil change. I also dumped some engine cleaner (fuel injector cleaner) in the gas tank. Shortly after, I start smelling a slight gas odor after I had been driving and I stopped, like at a light. I looked around to see where the smell was coming from and around a couple fuel injectors it was a little damp.. (not wet and not leaking fuel all over the plac either). I talked to a few friends that buy & sell vehicles and they said that this happens sometimes when you first put the fuel injector cleaner in the gas tank, but eventually it will go away after all the sludge/junk that is in the lines works it's way through or dissolves.

I'm just looking for some advice from other 4Runner owners. Has anyone ever encountered this? I'm not having any problems with it running smoothly. Will I need to replace the o-rings/seals on the injectors now? If so, can anyone instruct me on the procedure for correctly removing the fuel injectors.

Any advice/tips/hints would be most appreciated. THANKS!
