Fuel Injectors - removal and install

I have a 91 3.0L auto T4R. I just purchased the rig a month ago. I can smell gas when i walk by and while I'm driving it. I dug out a flash light and did some looking around. The middle injector on the drivers side is soaked in fuel. Any helpful hints on how to get at it. Its located under the throttle body. Do you think its a bad o-ring, or misaligned.
