Full front bumper that doesn't need other mods?

Hi everyone. I like how the C4 Fabrication hybrid bumper looks with the full height center bar without the headlight protection elements.

- full front bumper. Full size center bar without the headlight protection.
- no other mods like moving power steering lines.
- bolt on with or without factory front bumper is fine.
- comes powdercoated.
- weight wise, something that won't require new suspension.
- don't need a winch.

Does anything like this exist? I would love to find a small shop locally (nyc or northern nj) but I have struck out every place I have called. I initially wanted a custom front, like one I saw on this forum; bar runs across bottom and slightly wraps around sides with a high center bar and not much else.

Thanks a ton everyone.

Thanks, pDubs.. I will research most of those, the ones that I like. I was set to get the C4 but it needs modification to the power steering line. I am trying to avoid mods like that.

Coastal Offroad offers an aluminum full bumper which weighs in at 61lbs and should be fine with the stock suspension.

You will need to find a shop to weld it for you though, so keep that in mind.

I just built a rear from them last weekend, and will say they have great customer service. Sent them a message on Monday night and got a coupon code for my order and received it Friday afternoon. Finding someone to weld aluminum probably wouldn't be cheap, just depends on where you live.

No experience personally but I've heard good things. I'm assuming you're in the US so probably will benefit from the weak CAD right now as well.

I just took a look at Hefty Fabworks and they don't even make all steel bumpers anymore, just aluminum. They have one hybrid that has a steel base and an aluminum cover.

Nice, thank you. Didn't want to jump into a brand that had no feedback here. I will contact them and see about getting one. Thanks a ton.

Good stuff. Thanks for sharing! I will reach out and ask them a ton of questions haha Coupon code is nice of them. Yikes.. I am worried about finding a welder in northern nj/nyc. Crap.

I really liked their front end with the prerunner hooper, but I remember I had to let that option go for one reason or another. I think they wanted a power steering line to be rerouted. I will double check.

Anyone know about these bumpers that come in raw steel? Can I just spray it with rhino liner or a matte paint? I plan on getting real use out of it so it being pretty isn't important. I just don't want it rusting.

They are quick to respond on IG. Just send them a screenshot of your cart and they will message you back a coupon code.

I always use Rustoleum Hammered as you can buy it in the can and just brush it on. Has a textured finish to hide flaws and is easy to touch up. I put it on all the buggies I build.

Correct me if im wrong but the c4 bumper only needs a power steering line mod if your planning on running a winch in the bumper.

Oh really?? Thanks for this. I will reach out to them and ask. I read their description, and found a post on a forum. Perhaps I misinterpreted it. Thanks for the heads up!
