no interior lights or radio working...probably a fuse related issue but can't figure out which fuse to look at. any help appreciated

Two stock fuse boxes, one in engine compartment and one in cabin, driver's side down below and left of dimmer switch by steering wheel. If you have a multimeter, Google how to use it to test the fuses. A blown fuse can be for many reasons......
not anything with the fuses all the fuses look good
