Future Mods

I had a couple mods in mind to do for the summer and I'm posting to see if they are good ideas or not from those with experience. I have a 06' Silver Sport for reference. Some of the ideas are just for appearance but if any performance ideas are thought of let me know! I just need my 4Runner to get me where I need to be, especially in the desert, snow, and forest trails. I offroad mostly in Utah during summer and Montana during the school year.

Ideas:
1) Perkins or Gobi Roof Rack
2) Plasti-Dip Stock Tires
3) Satoshi Grille
4) Blacked Out Headlights
5) Take off Nerf Bars?
6) HID fogs? (I have already done the low beams)

My 2cents :

Ideas:
1) Perkins or Gobi Roof Rack - looks like you actually use your stock rack. Seems a full size aftermarket might help.

2) Plasti-Dip Stock Tires - personal, should be pretty cheap, and if you don't like the final result, peel it off.

3) Satoshi Grille - Again, a personal choice, some of the mods do look good.

4) Blacked Out Headlights - I don't like the looks personally, seems to be a lot of work as well.

5) Take off Nerf Bars? - Do you or anybody that rides with you use them ? If not,take them off. Pretty easy to take off, think it is 6 bolts per side.

6) HID fogs? (I have already done the low beams) I would spend my money else where.
